1. 產(chǎn)品介紹

SGR-0829，適用于氯化鈣、氯化鈉、氯化鎂、甲酸鈉、乙酸鈉等多介質(zhì)冷媒而設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)的腐蝕抑制劑，產(chǎn)品適應(yīng)性強(qiáng)，應(yīng)用廣泛，可抑制鈣鹽、膠體鐵或氧化鐵等物質(zhì)在鐵、鋁、銅等換熱表面的沉積；防止紅水出現(xiàn)，延長(zhǎng)設(shè)備使用壽命。

SGR-0829，主要由多種高效緩蝕劑成份組成，通過(guò)表面鈍化、鍍膜、螯合增溶、晶格修辭等作用而達(dá)到抑制腐蝕與結(jié)垢目的。體系不含重金屬鉻離子(重鉻酸鉀)、不含致癌物質(zhì)(如亞硝酸鹽)等物質(zhì)，所選原料對(duì)人體安全,并且同鹽水體系完全混溶。

SGR-0829，根據(jù)冷媒介質(zhì)物性，設(shè)備材質(zhì)等因素推薦合適的加藥量，優(yōu)先推薦每立方冷凍介質(zhì)添加5.0-8.0Kg；用量越多，效果越好。(藥劑添加頻率根據(jù)鹽水品質(zhì)而定，一般6個(gè)月添加一次;補(bǔ)加新的冷凍液時(shí)，一定補(bǔ)加緩蝕劑。

4. 包裝與貯運(yùn)

(1)本品采用25KG塑料桶或塑料噸桶包裝。

(2)本產(chǎn)品儲(chǔ)存在陰暗、通風(fēng)的庫(kù)房，并遠(yuǎn)離火種和高溫。

(3)與易燃、可燃物、酸類等物質(zhì)分開(kāi)存放，切忌混儲(chǔ)。

3. usage method
